摘 要:为了开发细号、柔软的纱线,在棉纺系统上采用赛络集聚纺纱技术加工线密度为10 tex的超细特腈纶/莫代尔/羊绒50/40/10混纺纱,探讨了各工序生产难点及相应的解决措施,并根据生产实践对工艺参数进行优化。通过对羊绒和莫代尔纤维进行预混,采用分层喂入方式,提高小比例羊绒纤维混和的均匀性;对FA036型混开棉机进行针对性改造,以减少对纤维的打击,从而降低纤维损伤。活动盖板系统改造为全固定盖板系统并配以棉网清洁系统,以达到柔性梳理的目的。测试结果表明:混纺纱断裂强度达18.2 cN/tex,纱线捻度为113.2捻/10 cm,质地柔软,3 mm毛羽数3.54根/10 m;面料透气性优良,透气率为682 mm/s。In order to develop fine and soft yarn,the siro-compact spinning was used to process superfine acrylic Modal cashmere fiber 50/40/10 blended yarn with linear density of 10 tex.The production key points,difficulties and corresponding solution measures in each process were discussed,the process parameters were optimized according to production practice.By preblending cashmere and Modal fiber,the mixing uniformity of small proportion cashmere fiber was improved by layering feeding.By making targeted modifications to FA036 mixed opening cotton machine in the carding process,impact on fiber was reduced and fiber damage was decreased.In carding process,the movable flat system was transformed into a fully fixed flat system with cotton net cleaning system,which was used to achieve the purpose of flexible carding.The results showed that breaking strength of the blended yarn was 18.2 cN/tex,twist factor of the yarn was 113.2 twists/10 cm,the yarn was soft,3 mm hairines of the yarn was 3.54 roots/10 m and the fabric had excellent breathability,air permeability of the fabric was 682 mm/s.
