摘 要:为减少棉胎生产过程中所产生的短纤、飞絮,降低车间爆燃风险,提高工人健康安全,实现棉胎生产低碳清洁化,研发了长绒棉胎清洁化生产关键技术,对清洁化生产梳棉机及铺棉、烘干一体化设备进行了设计,在梳棉机上设计清理装置,铺棉过程中引入防静电喷雾整理。根据梳棉胎产品标准,对清洁化生产长绒棉胎和普通长绒棉胎进行了多项指标的测试比对。结果表明:与普通长绒棉胎相比,清洁化生产长绒棉胎降低了含杂率和短纤维含量,提高了研磨率;清洁化生产长绒棉胎的压缩率与回复率更高,具有更优良的压缩回弹性能、更低的传热系数和更高的保温率,保暖性更佳。In order to reduce the short fiber and flying-fiber produced in the production process of quilting cotton,reduce deflagration risk in the workshop and improve the health&safety of workers,achieve low carbon and clean production of quilting cotton,key technologies for clean production of long staple quilting cotton were developed.The carding machine for clean production and the integrated equipment for laying cotton and drying were designed.Cleaning mechanism on the carding machine was designed.Anti-static spray finishing was introduced during cotton laying.According to the product standard of carded quilting cotton,a number of indexes were tested and compared between clean production of long staple quilting cotton and ordinary long staple quilting cotton.The test results showed that compared with ordinary long staple quilting cotton,impurity content and short fiber content of the clean production of long staple quilting cotton were reduced,and the grinding rate was increased.At the same time,the compression rate and recovery rate of clean production of long staple quilting cotton were higher,which had better compression resilience,lower heat transfer coefficient,higher insulation rate and better warmth preservation.
