摘 要:探讨导电纤维的研究现状及应用进展。从导电纤维的分类出发,根据导电纤维的制备方法,系统总结近年来国内外导电纤维制备方法的研究现状以及各种制备方法的优缺点,包括直接纺丝法以及涂层、镀层、原位聚合等。分类阐述了近年来导电纤维在应变传感器、压力传感器、电加热器件、储能器件、摩擦纳米发电机等方面的应用进展,并展望了导电纤维的发展趋势。认为:导电纤维具有较好的柔韧性、导电性、透气性、耐久性、可洗涤性、生物相容性、易携带等优点,是智能可穿戴纺织品的重要组成部分。导电纤维将向更加轻质、环保、多功能一体化的方向发展,其应用也将向着更加多样化、轻便化、智能化的方向发展。导电纤维的制备方法虽然多种多样,但是大规模产业化生产以及生产经济成本问题尚需进一步研究。The research status and application progress of conductive fiber were discussed.Based on the classification and the preparation methods of conductive fiber,the research status of conductive fiber preparation methods at home and abroad in recent years,the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were summarized systematically,including direct spinning method,coating,cladding,in-situ polymerization and so on.The application progress of conductive fibers in strain sensor,pressure sensor,electric heater,energy storage device and friction nanogenerator in recent years were described.The future development trend of conductive fibers was prospected.It is considered that conductive fiber is an important part of intelligent wearable textiles because of its advantages of flexibility,conductivity,permeability,durability,launderability,biocompatibility and portability.Conductive fibers will be further developed in the direction of more lightweight,environmental protection and multifunctional integration,and their applications will also develop in the direction of more diversified,lightweight and intelligent.Although the preparation methods of conductive fiber are various,the problems of large-scale industrial production and production economic cost need further research.
