摘 要:为推进功能性面料的发展与应用,针对目前市场上需求较大的自清洁抗菌防螨面料,分析了防污面料和去污面料的原理及研究进展,探讨了溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、浸涂法、表层自组装法、等离子体强化法5种自清洁面料制备方法的优缺点;分析了无机抗菌防螨剂和有机抗菌防螨剂的作用机理及特点,介绍了抗菌防螨面料常用的纤维功能化改性和后整理技术两种制备方法。认为:单一功能的面料已难以满足市场需求,通过纳米技术、涂层改性和复合处理方法,可提升面料的自清洁与抗菌防螨复合性能,有望得到产业化应用。指出:生产成本高、稳定性和耐久性差、工艺繁琐、缺乏评估标准是亟待解决的问题。未来自清洁抗菌防螨复合面料的发展将融入温度调节、湿度控制、可调色等动态功能,凸显智能化与多功能化,进一步简化生产工艺、提高效率并建立标准化评估体系,是提升功能性面料市场接受度和获得广泛应用的关键。To advance the development and application of functional fabric in response to the current market demand for self-cleaning anti-bacterial and anti-mite fabric,the principles and research advances in anti-fouling and decontamination fabrics were analyzed.The merits and drawbacks of five self-cleaning fabric preparation techniques were evaluated,including the sol-gel method,chemical vapor deposition,dip coating,surface self-assembly and plasma reinforcement.In addition,the mechanisms and properties of inorganic and organic antibacterial and anti-mite agents were analyzed.Two common preparation methods were introduced i.e.fiber functionalization modification and post-finishing technology.Single-function fabric was considered insufficient to meet market demands,thus advances in nanotechnology,coating modification and composite processing techniques can enhance the self-cleaning,antibacterial and anti mite properties of fabrics with potential for industrial application.It was pointed out that excessive production costs,inadequate stability and durability,complex processes,and lack of evaluation criteria were the problems to be solved.The future development of self-cleaning,anti-bacterial and anti-mite composite fabrics will integrate dynamic functions such as temperature regulation,humidity control and color tunability.Emphasizing intelligence and multifunctionality,simplifying the production process,improving efficiency,and establishing a standardized evaluation system are essential for improving market acceptance and widespread application of functional fabrics.
