摘　　要：习近平文化思想是新时代中国共产党领导中国特色社会主义文化实践的理论创新成果。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记深刻阐述了中国特色社会主义文化事业发展的一系列重大理论和现实问题,逐渐形成了以加强党的文化领导权为根本保证,以始终坚持“两个结合”为核心导向,以协同推进“两个文明”为基本思路,以传承弘扬社会主义核心价值观为重中之重,以秉持人民为中心的精神理念为价值定位的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇。习近平文化思想不但开辟和发展了马克思主义文化理论的新境界,同时谱写了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的新篇章。在新的历史方位下,为加强党的文化理论和实践认识、建设中华民族现代文明、推动全球文化治理与文明交流互鉴提供了理论指导和行动指南。坚持和加强党对文化工作的集中统一领导、坚持和把握“两个结合”的内在一致性、探索构建形成习近平文化思想的学理形态,是增强习近平文化思想实践自觉的重要路径。Xi Jinping Thought on Cultural is the theoretical innovation of the CPC in leading the practice of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has profoundly elaborated a series of major theoretical and practical issues regarding the development of cultural programs of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has gradually formed the basic concepts of strengthening the CPC's cultural leadership,adhering to the“two combinations”as the core orientation,and coordinated advance of the“two civilizations”as the basic idea,inheritance and promotion of core socialist values as the top priority,and upholding the people-centered spiritual concept as the value orientation of the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Xi Jinping Thought on Cultural not only opens up and develops a new realm of Marxist cultural theory,but at the same time,writes a new chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It provides theoretical guidance and action guidelines for strengthening the CPC's understanding of cultural theory and practice,building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and promoting global cultural governance and the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations under the new historical orientation.Adhering to and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party in cultural work,adhering to and grasping the internal consistency of the“two combinations”,and exploring the construction of a doctrinal form of Xi Jinping Thought on Cultural are important paths to enhance the practical consciousness of Xi Jinping Thought on Cultural.
