摘　　要：抗战时期,处于西南中心的贵州,积极响应中央政府的号召,大力发展工农业。而冬耕的实践正是在这一背景下实施的。为了推广冬耕,贵州省政府不但成立了诸多的推广机构,而且还出台了一系列条文。同时,在推广时,还根据当地的农民状况,采用了多种推广方法。从推广成效看,其不仅满足了抗战对军粮的需求,而且还有效地供给了本省的消费需求。同时,随着小麦等冬耕作物种植面积的扩大,粮食总产量的提高,还对贵州的农业结构及社会生活带来了一定的变化,促进了社会的稳定。During the War of Resistance Against Japan,Guizhou,located in the southwest center,actively responded to the call of the central government and vigorously developed industry and agriculture.The practice of winter plowing was implemented in this context.In order to promote winter farming,the Guizhou Provincial Government has not only established numerous promotion agencies,but also issued a series of regulations.At the same time,various promotion methods were adopted based on the local farmers'conditions during the promotion.From the perspective of promotion effectiveness,it not only met the demand for military rations during the Anti Japanese War,but also effectively supplied the consumption needs of the province.At the same time,with the expansion of winter cultivated crops such as wheat and the increase in total grain output,it has also brought certain changes to the agricultural structure and social life of Guizhou,promoting social stability.
