摘　　要：建设现代化经济体系是我们党从党和国家事业发展全局作出的重大决策部署,党的二十届三中全会特别提出在2035年实现“建成现代化经济体系”的目标。当下,我国在应对外部风险挑战、以新技术推进全要素生产率提升、创新资源结构性配置、产业结构深度升级以及实体经济和数字经济深度融合等方面均存在不容忽视的薄弱环节与短板弱项。为此,要坚持问题导向,破解建设现代化经济体系梗阻,通过拓展多元化合作对象、缩短技术进步与全要素生产率增长错位周期、优化创新资源配置、同步发展先进制造业与现代服务业、深化实体经济和数字经济融合等举措,加快建成现代化经济体系。Building a modern economic system is a significant strategic deployment undertaken by our Party,reflecting a comprehensive consideration of the development of the Party and the nation as a whole.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China specifically proposed the goal of“building a modern economic system”by 2035.Currently,there are noticeable weaknesses and shortcomings in China in aspects such as dealing with external risks and challenges,promoting total factor productivity with new technologies,innovating structural allocation of resources,upgrading the industrial structure,and deeply integrating the real economy and the digital economy.Therefore,we should adhere to the problem-oriented approach,break through the obstacles in building a modern economic system,and accelerate the construction of a modern economic system through measures such as expanding diversified cooperation partners,shortening the misalignment cycle between technological progress and the growth of total factor productivity,optimizing the allocation of innovation resources,synchronously developing advanced manufacturing and modern service industries,and deepening the integration of the real economy and the digital economy.
