摘　　要：文章从文物保护单位建筑施工安全风险管理的基本概念入手,阐释了建筑施工安全风险管理的重要意义,归纳了文物保护单位建筑施工安全风险特征,并提出了与其特征相适应的安全风险管理优化策略:提高各参建单位人员安全管理意识、建立健全完善的安全管理制度、选择优质的施工团队、进一步加强施工现场的安全管理等,以期为更多文物保护单位在建筑施工中的安全风险管理提供合理化的建议与参考。Starting with the basic concept of building construction safety risk management in cultural relic protection units,this paper explains the significance of building construction safety risk management,summarizes the characteristics of building construction safety risk in cultural relic protection units,and puts forward the optimization strategy of safety risk management that is compatible with its characteristics:Improve the safety management awareness of the personnel of the participating units,establish a sound and perfect safety management system,select high-quality construction teams,and further strengthen the safety management of the construction site,so as to provide rationalized suggestions and references for the safety risk management of more cultural relics protection units in construction.
