摘  要:“活化”历史文化街区存在火灾隐患大、内涝风险高的问题,而目前采用的常规消防技术和“海绵城市”技术存在各种不足之处。基于“海绵城市”理念的独立式消防供水系统,可有效解决这些问题,其基本思路是以室外消火栓兼作室内消火栓,消火栓、自动喷水灭火、水喷雾等水灭火系统合用一套供水管网,采用倒梯形地砖铺装改善地面雨水排放,增加雨水下渗并同时进行过滤,提高雨水收集数量并改善水质;地下雨水蓄水池兼作消防水池,消防泵房设于蓄水池上方,形成独立的消防供水网络为各水灭火系统供水。The revitalization of historical and cultural blocks poses significant fire hazards and high risks of waterlogging,while the current conventional fire protection techniques and“sponge city”technologies have various shortcomings.The independent fire water supply system based on the concept of“sponge city”can effectively solve these problems.Its basic idea is to use outdoor fire hydrants as indoor fire hydrants,fire hydrants,automatic sprinkler systems,water spray systems and other water fire extinguishing systems to share a set of water supply pipe network.Inverted trapezoidal floor tiles are used to improve ground rainwater drainage,increase rainwater infiltration and filter at the same time,increase the amount of rainwater collected and improve water quality;The underground rainwater reservoir also serves as a fire water tank,and the fire pump room is located above the reservoir,forming an independent fire water supply network to supply water to various fire extinguishing systems.
