摘 要:码头、矿山等工作环境无组织粉尘普遍存在强剪切、高浓度的特点,对扬尘污染治理造成了巨大挑战。以镇江某沿江码头卸船机抓斗放煤扬尘污染为对象,建立了无组织粉尘逃逸数值模型,模拟了含尘气流场动态演化过程及颗粒运动轨迹,提出了气流引导协同细水雾抑尘方案。搭建了气流引导协同细水雾抑尘试验系统,研究包括气流速度、喷雾雾滴粒径、输运距离及其对抑尘率影响等。结果表明:双矩形喷口风幕抑尘系统射流风速经验公式为V/V_(0)=0.93×exp(-L/1.42)+0.07;风幕气流对喷雾输运距离的提升幅度远大于改变喷头喷雾参数。喷头安装位置及倾角对喷雾利用风幕气流伯努利效应提升输运距离影响显著。气流引导协同细水雾抑尘系统在码头卸船机岗位进行了工程应用,取得了良好的抑尘效果。The prevalence of fugitive dust emission with intense shear and high concentration in working environments,such as docks and mines,poses a great challenge to the management of dust pollution.Taking the dust pollution control of coal discharge of a ship unloader along the river in Zhenjiang City as the object,a numerical model for fugitive dust motion was established,and the dynamic evolution process of dusty airflow field and particle trajectory was simulated.The airflow guide coupled water mist dust suppression solution was proposed.An experimental system of airflow guide coupled water mist dust suppression was set up.The experimental study included airflow velocity,droplet size,and transport distance for spray,as well as their influence on dust suppression efficiency.The results showed that the empirical formula for the jet velocity of the double rectangular nozzle air curtain dust suppression system was V/V_(0)=0.93×exp(-L/1.42)+0.07.The effect of air curtain flow on the transport distance of spray was much greater than that of changing the nozzle spray parameters.The installation position and inclination angle of the nozzle had a significant influence on the transport distance of spray by using Bernoulli effect of the wind curtain airflow.The dust suppression system of airflow guide coupled water mist was applied in the dock ship unloader and achieved a favorable dust suppression effect.
