摘 要:以2023年云南省畜禽养殖数据为基础,估算了云南省畜禽液体粪污产生量,结合液体粪污厌氧发酵模式,以灌溉量为基础,对云南省畜禽液体粪污土地的消纳能力进行了估算。结果表明:云南省畜禽液体粪污的产生量为20584.50万t/a,经过存储发酵后可替代754.68万t/a的尿素和20.09万t/a的普钙。以灌溉量计算农田配套面积,云南省将有90%以上市(州)不能消纳当地所产生的粪污,有16%~74%的粪污需要进行达标排放处理。云南省液体粪污减少达标排放实现全量还田需增加无害化程度、减少液体粪污还田稀释倍数,基于云南省现状提出了微生物协同液体粪污酸化存储发酵增加液体粪污无害化程度和养分保存能力的技术模式,为云南省液体粪污处理的资源化利用提供新的技术途径。Based on the livestock and poultry breeding data of Yunnan Province in 2023,we estimated the livestock and poultry liquid manure production in Yunnan Province.Combined with the anaerobic fermentation mode of liquid manure and based on irrigation volume,we estimated the absorption capacity of the land polluted by livestock and poultry liquid manure in Yunnan Province.The results showed that livestock and poultry liquid manure production in Yunnan Province was 20584.50 t/a,which could substitute 754.68 t/a of urea and 20.09 t/a of calcium superphosphate after proper storage and fermentation.When calculating the supporting area of farmland based on irrigation volume,more than 90%of cities(prefectures)in Yunnan Province would not be able to dispose of the manure generated locally,and 16%-74%of the manure discharged needed to be processed to meet the discharge standard.It was necessary to increase the degree of harmless treatment and reduce the dilution factor of liquid manure for returning to the field,in order to achieve a full return and reduce the up-to-standard discharge of liquid manure in Yunnan Province.Based on the current situation of Yunnan Province,we proposed a technical model of microbial synergistic liquid manure acidification,storage and fermentation to increase the harmlessness degree and nutrient preservation capacity of liquid manure,which could provide a new technical approach for the resource utilization of liquid manure treatment in Yunnan Province.
