摘 要:数字经济浪潮势不可挡,数字化转型已成为企业发展的必然趋势,对于打破区域封闭性与孤立性从而优化产业集群地理布局具有重要作用。基于2011-2022年沪深A股上市公司数据,探究数字化转型对产业集群地理分布的影响。研究发现:①企业数字化可促进产业集群拓宽地理分布,避免物理时空约束;②机制分析发现,企业能通过数字化转型更好地提高信息披露质量和提升跨界融合能力以打破产业集群地域限制;③进一步分析发现,数字化转型对产业集群地理分布的促进作用在西部地区和所在地市场化水平较高的样本中更显著。因此,应把握数字时代发展机遇,重视数字基础设施建设,推动数字经济和实体经济融合发展,增强产业协作柔性,助力产业集群稳链强链,打造经济发展新引擎。With the digital transformation of the entire economy and society,information and communications technologies,such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things,help market entities overcome time and space constraints and achieve cross-border development,and play an important role in optimizing the layout of the supply chain and promoting the cross-regional flow of factors.However,in reality,due to factors such as different policy support for virtual industrial clusters,different paces of enterprises within the clusters,and low stability of cluster members,enterprises are reluctant to cross the geographic barriers to carry out cooperation and economic cycles.Therefore,how to adapt to the development requirements of the digital era and seize the opportunities to reduce geographical dependence within industrial clusters has become an important issue.In recent years,with the popularity of new economic geography research,spatial factor analysis has been introduced into the mainstream economic system,and the research on industrial clusters has shifted from supplier-customer relationships and concentration to a focus on the geographical distribution of suppliers and customers.The existing research on the geographical distribution of industrial clusters has not yet fully elaborated on the impact mechanism of enterprise digital transformation on the geographical distribution of industrial clusters.Therefore,guided by the new economic geography theory,stakeholder theory,signaling theory and scope economy effect,this paper aims to clarify the relationship between digital transformation and geographical distribution of industrial clusters from the dual perspective of suppliers and customers.In order to further verify the reliability of the hypotheses and models,this paper obtains the data of 5994 sample observations by screening the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022.Descriptive statistics,benchmark regression analysis,endogeneity analysis and robustness test
