摘  要:以某地区农村电网降损节能优化项目为例,结合配电网基本情况,从技术和管理2个方面剖析线损形成原因。以降损增效为目标,结合农村用电实际情况,制定降损节能方案,对电网布局结构、线路路径、变压器配置等进行全面规划和改造,同时,从制度、科技赋能、组织工作等角度提出管理措施,有效降低线损率。Taking the rural power grid loss reduction and energy-saving optimization project in a certain region as an example,combined with the basic situation of the distribution network,this paper analyzes the causes of line loss from two aspects:technology and management,and proposes corresponding solutions.With the aim of reducing losses and increasing efficiency,combined with the actual situation of rural electricity consumption,a loss reduction and energysaving plan is formulated to comprehensively plan and transform the layout structure,lines,transformer configuration of the power grid.At the same time,management measures are proposed from the perspectives of system structure,technological empowerment,and organization to effectively reduce the high and low voltage line loss rate.
