摘  要:通过对储煤棚内煤堆火灾危险性进行分析,基于8 m的煤堆安全距离,采用FDS火灾数值模拟方法,在矢跨比或长宽比不同的情况下,研究储煤棚内着火煤堆所产生的热辐射强度对周边煤堆安全高度的影响。结果表明,当煤堆发生火灾时,建筑结构的长宽比和矢跨比对被引燃煤堆的安全高度有影响。当长宽比相同时,矢跨比越小,煤堆的安全高度越高;当矢跨比相同时,长宽比越大,煤堆的安全高度越高,当长宽比和矢跨比为2∶1和1∶2时,煤堆的安全高度达到3.34 m的最低值。试验结果可为规范的制修定、气承膜储煤棚的防火安全水平提升提供一定的理论支撑。To assess the fire hazards associated with coal piles inside coal storage sheds,the FDS fire numerical simulation method was employed to analyze the effects of thermal radiation intensity generated by ignited coal piles on the safety height of surrounding coal piles.The study is based on an 8-meter safety distance for coal piles and considers varying building aspect ratios and proportions.The results show that in the event of a coal pile fire,the aspect ratio and proportion of the building structure significantly influence the safety height of coal piles.For a constant aspect ratio,a smaller proportion results in a higher safe coal pile height.Conversely,for a constant proportion,a larger aspect ratio leads to a higher safe coal pile height.When the aspect ratio and proportion are set at 2∶1 and 1∶2,respectively,the safe coal pile height reaches a minimum value of 3.34 meters.This study provides valuable insights for the standardization and theoretical support of fire safety regulations in air-bearing membrane coal storage sheds.
