摘  要:采用FEM-SPH耦合算法建立波纹钢-混凝土板复合结构三维数值模型,将试验结果与数值结果对比,验证该方法的有效性;设计27组正交试验对混凝土HJC模型进行参数敏感性分析,探究波纹密度对复合结构抗爆性能及毁伤特性的影响。结果表明,FEM-SPH法能有效重现爆炸毁伤过程,HJC模型的参数可分为较为敏感和相对不敏感2部分;与CS-75-11工况相比,CS-75-3工况下波纹钢跨中变形量提高了3.45倍,峰值应力降低了66.4%,中心点速度和加速度分别提高了71.8%、259.7%;复合结构中混凝土板的爆坑随波纹密度增大而减小,且波纹密度越大波纹钢吸能效果越好、混凝土板失效体积越小。研究成果可为波纹钢-混凝土板复合结构在隧道结构抗爆防护领域的应用提供理论基础。A three-dimensional numerical model of a corrugated steel-concrete slab composite structure was developed using the FEM-SPH algorithm,and experimental results were compared with numerical simulations to validate the method's accuracy.The orthogonal test of 27 combinations was conducted to analyze the parameter sensitivity of the HJC model and examine the impact of corrugated density on the composite structure's anti-explosion performance and damage characteristics.The results show that the FEM-SPH method effectively reproduces the explosion damage process.The HJC model parameters were classified into two groups:highly sensitive parameters and less sensitive parameters.Compared to the CS-75-11 condition,the mid-span deformation of corrugated steel under the CS-75-3 condition increased by 3.45 times,while the peak stress decreased by 66.4%.The center point velocity and acceleration increased by 71.8%and 259.7%,respectively.Additionally,as corrugated density increased,the concrete slab's crater size decreased,indicating better energy absorption by the corrugated steel and reduced concrete failure volume.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for the application of corrugated steel-concrete slab composite structures in anti-explosion protection for tunnel infrastructure.
