摘  要:为准确辨识兴化府历史文化街区火灾风险影响因素,预防历史文化街区火灾事故的发生,通过文献调研和分析事故案例,从人员、消防系统、防火能力、安全管理与环境5个层面提取了19个历史文化街区火灾风险因素,运用解释结构模型(ISM)建立递阶结构并分析作用机理,采用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)的驱动力和依赖性确定事故致因属性特征,运用序关系法(G1法)确定影响因素权重,并针对性提出措施和建议,研究结果可为莆田市历史文化街区消防安全管控提供理论参考。In order to accurately identify the fire risk influencing factors of Xinghuafu Prefecture historical and cultural district and prevent the occurrence of fire accidents,19 fire risk factors of historical and cultural district were extracted from five levels:personnel,fire systems,fire prevention capabilities,safety management and environment through literature research and accident cases.Firstly,the Interpretive Structural Model(ISM)was used to establish a hierarchical structure and analyze mechanism of action.Secondly,the Matrix Impacts Cross-reference Multiplication Applied to a Classification Method(MICMAC)was used to determine the attribute characteristics of accident causes through driving force and dependence distribution.Thirdly,the Order Relation Analysis Method(G1 method)was used to determine the weights of each influencing factor.Finally,the propose targeted measures and suggestions were put forward.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for preventing fire accidents of Xinghuafu Prefecture historical and cultural district.
