摘 要:在分析村镇火灾的特点及原因的基础上,结合实地调研、查阅文献、参考规范及咨询专家,构建了包含5个一级指标和26个二级指标的村镇火灾风险评估指标体系,并引入模糊综合评价法,构建了基于层次分析法和熵值法组合赋权的村镇火灾风险评估模型。最后以濮阳县庆祖镇某村为评估对象进行了实例分析,得出其火灾风险为较低风险等级,评估结果与实际情况一致,验证了该模型的可行性与有效性。Based on an analysis of the characteristics and causes of fires in villages and towns,and drawing on field research,literature review,references,and expert consultation,a comprehensive fire risk assessment index system was developed.This system includes five primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators.A fire risk assessment model for villages and towns was then established by integrating the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the model was applied to assess a village in Qingzu Township,Puyang County.The results indicated a low fire risk level,aligning well with the actual situation,thereby confirming the model's feasibility and effectiveness.
