摘 要:为了降低工业生产中除尘器运行阻力,提高有效过滤面积并维持稳定运行,选取定时清灰与定阻清灰2种清灰模式进行比较。结果表明,相较于定时清灰,定阻清灰可以实现清灰周期与运行阻力的最佳配合,清灰效率更高,平均残余压降更低,平均有效过滤面积更大,非常适合工况条件经常变化除尘面积较大的场合。In order to reduce the running resistance of the dust collector in industrial production,improve the effective filtration area and maintain stable operation,the two cleaning modes of clean-on-time and clean-on-accumulation mode are selected for comparison.The results show that compared with the clean-on-time,the efficiency of clean-onaccumulation mode is higher,along with lower average residual pressure decrease,and larger average effective filtration area.This can achieve the best combination of cleaning cycle and operating resistance,which is more suitable for occasions where the working conditions change frequently and the dust removal area is large.
