人类命运共同体视域下奥运环境遗产继承和发展的现实困境与理应进路

摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体是习近平为全球治理和人类发展贡献的中国方案与中国智慧,对奥运环境遗产的继承与发展具有重要推动作用。采用文献资料法等,探析人类命运共同体理念的全球生态观引领下奥运环境遗产继承和发展的现实困境与理应进路。研究认为:人类命运共同体理论与奥运环境遗产保护之间具有密不可分的联系,奥运环境遗产继承和发展的现实困境表现为:奥运环境遗产治理法律体系不健全,奥运环境遗产发展呈现精英化、圣母化、作秀化趋势等。建议:完善人类命运共同体视域下奥运遗产治理的话语体系和价值解释体系,发扬人类命运共同体立足普通民众、推进生态文明、推崇持续发展的精神。Building a community with a shared future for mankind is a Chinese plan and wisdom contributed by Xi Jinping to global governance and human development,and plays an important role in promoting the inheritance and development of the Olympic environmental heritage.By using the method of literature,this paper probes into the realistic predicament and proper approach of the inheritance and development of the Olympic environmental heritage under the guidance of the global ecological view of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.The study holds that there is a close relationship between the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind and the protection of the Olympic environmental heritage,and the realistic dilemma of the inheritance and development of the Olympic environmental heritage is that the legal system of the governance of the Olympic environmental heritage is not perfect.The development of Olympic environmental heritage shows the trend of elitism,Madonna ization,show and so on.Suggestions:improving the discourse system and value interpretation system of Olympic heritage governance from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind,and carrying forward the spirit of a community with a shared future for mankind based on ordinary people,promoting ecological civilization and advocating sustainable development.
