我国体育公共服务数字化转型的成效、问题及对策研究

摘　　要：立足信息化和智能化技术快速发展的背景,体育公共服务的数字化转型已成为提升服务效率、拓宽服务覆盖面、优化用户体验的关键途径。运用实证分析法和理论探讨法,揭示我国体育公共服务数字化转型的现有成效,尤其是在资源整合和服务共享方面的优化。同时,分析了该进程中的主要挑战:如城乡之间的数字鸿沟、数据隐私风险、特殊群体的适应性问题以及数字化平台建设与维护中的困难。针对这些问题,提出了相应的策略:通过提升全民数字素养、完善数据保护机制、降低平台操作门槛,以及加强多方合作,推动体育公共服务的普及与可持续发展。研究旨在为我国体育公共服务数字化转型提供实践借鉴与理论支持。Based on the rapid development of information and intelligent technologies,the digital transformation of public sports services has become a key approach to improving service efficiency,expanding service coverage,and optimizing user experience.Through empirical analysis and theoretical exploration,this study reveals the current achievements of digital transformation in China’s public sports services,particularly in terms of resource integration and service sharing.Meanwhile,it analyzes the main challenges in this process,such as the digital divide between urban and rural areas,data privacy risks,the adaptability of special groups,and difficulties in the construction and maintenance of digital platforms.In response to these issues,corresponding strategies are proposed:enhancing digital literacy among the population,improving data protection mechanisms,lowering platform operational thresholds,and strengthening multi-party cooperation to promote the popularization and sustainable development of public sports services.This research aims to provide practical insights and theoretical support for the digital transformation of public sports services in China.
