新质生产力赋能村落体育高质量发展的逻辑机理、现实梗阻与推进路径

摘　　要：村落体育是体育事业高质量发展的重要组成部分,其高质量发展需要以培育和发展新质生产力为重要着力点。研究采用文献资料法、口述史等研究方法,围绕新质生产力赋能村落体育高质量发展逻辑机理与现实梗阻的研究发现,新质生产力以高技术、高效能、高质量三大基本特征赋能村落体育智能化、特色化、物联化、集群化、可持续化发展。在赋能实践中存在着高素质劳动人才技能错配与短缺、高效能劳动资料技术制约与脱节、高质量劳动对象融合与应用阻碍等现实梗阻。故村落体育高质量发展应以“体制改革+要素配置”并驾齐驱,催生村落体育可持续发展新动能;“绿色生产+共同体构建”齐头并进,拓展村落体育特色化发展新业态;“设施升级+多维发展”双管齐下,构筑村落体育智能化发展新引擎为推进路径。Village sports is an important part of the high-quality development of the sports industry,and its high-quality development needs to focus on cultivating and developing new quality productive forces as a key point.Using a combination of literature research and oral history research methods,the study found that new quality productive forces empower village sports with three basic characteristics of high technology,high efficiency,and high quality,enabling intelligent,specialized,interconnected,clustered,and sustainable development.However,there are real obstacles in the empowerment practice,including mismatches and shortages of high-quality labor talent,obstacles to the integration and application of high-quality labor objects,and technical constraints and disconnections between high-efficiency labor materials.Therefore,the high-quality development of village sports should take the dual approach of“reform of the system+allocation of resources”to generate new driving forces for sustainable development of village sports;“green production+community building”should be pursued simultaneously to expand new business formats for specialized development of village sports;“facility upgrades+multi-dimensional development”should be pursued simultaneously to build a new engine for intelligent development of village sports as the path forward.
