健康中国视域下太极拳文化传承的核心价值及其实现探骊

摘　　要：在“健康中国2030”战略框架下,太极拳作为传统文化的重要组成部分,承载着深厚的历史智慧与健康理念,其文化传承的价值意蕴愈发凸显。太极拳通过阴阳调和与身心合一的哲学思想,体现了对健康促进的独特贡献,成为推动国民整体素质提升的重要支撑。尽管太极拳在健康促进与文化传承方面展现出显著优势,但在实际推广过程中面临着教学方法陈旧、文化底蕴被忽视、现代文化冲突及传承机制僵化等多重困境。针对这些挑战,亟须探索创新教学模式、构建多元发展策略、促进文化交融及完善传承机制,以拓宽太极拳的生存空间与发展路径。通过结合现代科技与教育手段,提升太极拳的传播效能与文化认同,强化其在当代社会中的应用与影响力,有助于实现传统文化的现代化转型与可持续发展,从而为健康中国战略的实施提供坚实的文化基础与支持。Under the framework of the healthy China 2030 strategy,Tai Chi,as an essential component of traditional culture,embodies profound historical wisdom and health concepts,thereby underscoring the significance of its cultural transmission.Through the philosophical principles of Yin-Yang harmony and the unity of body and mind,Tai Chi uniquely contributes to health promotion,serving as a crucial support for enhancing the overall quality of the populace.Despite its notable advantages in health promotion and cultural transmission,Tai Chi faces multiple challenges in practical promotion,including outdated teaching methods,neglect of cultural heritage,conflicts with modern culture,and a rigid transmission mechanism.In response to these challenges,there is an urgent need to explore innovative teaching models,construct diversified development strategies,promote cultural integration,and improve transmission mechanisms to broaden the survival space and development pathways of Tai Chi.By integrating modern technology and educational methods,enhancing the dissemination effectiveness and cultural recognition of Tai Chi,and strengthening its application and influence in contemporary society,we can facilitate the modernization and sustainable development of traditional culture,thereby providing a solid cultural foundation and support for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
