摘　　要：法人制度是人类社会极具智慧的一项发明,法人类型可以区分不同组织的社会职能。当前,新型研发机构法人类型多样化,正逐渐成为其实现进一步高质量发展的障碍。依法将新型研发机构注册为同一法人类型,不仅是政府当下引导和监管新型研发机构发展的迫切需要,更是决定新型研发机构能否实现可持续发展的关键制度安排。The legal person system is a highly intelligent invention of human society,and the types of legal person can distinguish the social functions of different organizations.The diversification of legal entities for new R&D institutions has become an obstacle to their further high quality development.Registering as the same legal person type in accordance with the law is not only a need for the government to guide and regulate the development of new R&D institutions but also a key institutional arrangement that determines whether new R&D institutions can achieve sustainable development.
