数字经济时代大学生数字创业能力培养体系构建研究

摘　　要：通过将数字技术融入重构数字创业教育培养范式,构建数字创业能力培养的教育生态系统,建立精准对接数字产业需求的数字创业人才培养体系。面向数字经济发展的要求,厘清大学生数字创业能力框架,明确数字创业感知能力是内核,数字创业认知能力是基础,数字创业执行能力是关键,数字创业学习能力是保障,数字创业心智是催化剂。在此基础上,提出大学生数字创业能力培养体系的构建策略,即:明确培养目标,构建数字创业能力评价标准;立足专业实际,优化数字创业能力提升的课程内容;健全体制机制,构建数字创业能力培养生态系统;发挥产业协调作用,营造良好的大学生数字创业能力培养生态。Through the integration of digital technology,this paper reconstructs the paradigm of digital entrepreneurship education and cultivation,builds an educational ecosystem for digital entrepreneurship capability cultivation,and establishes a digital entrepreneurship talent cultivation system that accurately meets the needs of the digital industry.To meet the requirements of the development of the digital economy,this paper clarifies the framework of digital entrepreneurship capability for college students,and clarifies that:digital entrepreneurship perception capability is the core,digital entrepreneurship cognition capability is the foundation,digital entrepreneurship execution capability is the key,digital entrepreneurship learning capability is the guarantee,and digital entrepreneurship mentality is the catalyst.On this basis,this paper proposes the construction strategy of the digital entrepreneurship ability training system for college students,which includes:clarifying the cultivation objectives and constructing evaluation standards for digital entrepreneurship capability;based on professional reality,optimizing the course content for enhancing digital entrepreneurship capabilities;establishing sound institutional mechanisms and building an ecosystem for digital entrepreneurship capability cultivation;giving full play to the role of industry coordination and creating a good ecosystem for the digital entrepreneurship capability cultivation of college students.
