摘　　要：某地区新区人才公寓社区中心项目,其设计的首要目标是实现全生命周期净零碳排放。该项目依循可持续的社区与环境理念开展设计工作,借助室外阶梯剧场、城市森林以及能量山等建筑形式来塑造社区中心的文化内涵,从而使项目在实现节能减排目标的基础上,进一步彰显其独特的文化价值与环境友好特性,为建筑行业的可持续发展之路提供了关键的参考范例,具有较高的推广价值和实践意义。The primary goal of the design for the Talent Apartment Community Center project in a certain new district is to achieve net zero carbon emissions throughout its entire lifecycle.The project follows the concept of sustainable community and environment in its design work,utilizing architectural forms such as outdoor staircase theaters,urban forests,and energy mountains to shape the cultural connotation of the community center.This enables the project to further demonstrate its unique cultural value and environmentally friendly characteristics on the basis of achieving energy conservation and emission reduction goals,providing a key reference example for the sustainable development of the construction industry and having high promotion value and practical significance.
