摘　　要：近年来,孤儿核受体NR4A1已成为心血管领域的一个热门话题,它的表达受多种外界刺激的影响,可以在多种组织和细胞中广泛分布,而且还可以参与调控细胞的分化、增殖、存活以及凋亡,它的功能也被认为对于炎症反应、血管重塑有着至关重要的影响。本文就NR4A1受体在心肌梗死中的作用做一综述。In recent years,the orphan nuclear receptor NR4A1 has become a hot topic in the cardiovascular field.Its expression is influenced by a variety of external stimuli and can be widely distributed in a variety of tissues and cells,and it can also participate in the regulation of cell differentiation,proliferation,survival and apoptosis,and its function is also considered to have a critical impact on the inflammatory response and vascular remodeling.In this paper,we review the role of NR4A1 receptors in atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
