摘　　要：风险预测模型因其能够识别易患高血压病的高危个体,从而得到越来越多的关注。本文通过综述现有国内外高血压患病风险预测模型的研究现状,从建模方法?应用人群和预测因素三个方面更深一步的归类分析,探讨现有模型的优缺点和下一步研究关注点。帮助医患双方了解并选择更有针对性的高血压预测模型,为早期筛选潜在的易患高血压的高危个体,辅助开展个体化防治诊疗提供依据。Risk prediction models have gained increasing attention for their identification of individuals at high risk of developing hypertension.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current research status of hypertension risk prediction models both domestic and international.It further classifies and analyzes these models from three aspects:modeling methods,target populations and predictive factors.By exploring the strengths and weaknesses of the existing models and identifying future research priorities,this study aims to assist healthcare professionals and patients in understanding and selecting better targeted hypertension prediction models.This will serve as a basis for early identification of high-risk individuals susceptible to hypertension and facilitate personalized prevention,diagnosis and treatment.
