摘　　要：基于2013—2022年中国除港澳台和西藏自治区外的30个省(自治区、直辖市)数据,实证分析新质生产力对先进制造业集群发展的直接作用机制和劳动要素流动、创新资源错配的中介作用机制,研究结果表明:新质生产力发展对先进制造业集群发展具有显著的正向影响,且该结论经过内生性问题处理后,结果仍然成立;作用机制检验结果表明,劳动要素流动、创新资源错配在新质生产力发展与先进制造业集聚间起显著中介作用;异质性分析结果表明,新质生产力对高科技创新地区先进制造业集群发展的驱动效应更显著,同时新质生产力发展对促进东部、西部先进制造业集聚作用更大。研究结果为促进新质生产力发展,实现经济高质量发展,促进先进制造业集群发展等提供政策建议。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)in China excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Xizang from 2013 to 2022,we empirically analyse the direct action mechanism of new quality productivity on the development of advanced manufacturing clusters and the intermediary action mechanism of labour factor mobility and mismatch of innovation resources,the results of the study show that:the development of new productivity has a significant positive impact on the development of advanced manufacturing clusters,and this conclusion is still valid after the endogeneity problem is dealt with.The test results of the mechanism show that the labour factor flow and mismatch of innovative resources play a significant intermediary role between the development of new productivity and advanced manufacturing clusters,and the results of the analysis of heterogeneity show that the driving effect of new quality productivity on the development of advanced manufacturing clusters in high-tech innovation regions is more pronounced,and the development of new productivity has a greater effect on the promotion of advanced manufacturing clusters in the east and west.The results of the study provide policy recommendations for promoting the development of new productivity,achieving high-quality economic development and promoting the development of advanced manufacturing clusters.
