摘  要:炼钢转炉冶炼工艺中,钢水成分的调整与控制主要通过外加合金辅料的方式实现。为使钢水的品质达到预期的目标,冶炼时需将添加的散装物料重量值控制在一定范围内。本文在现有的装备基础上,通过技术改进措施,消除影响配料控制准确度的因素和环节,并通过增加自学习的加料控制技术,实现入炉合金辅料的精准控制,从而满足现场工艺操作的技术要求。In the smelting process of steel converter,the adjustment and control of molten steel composition are mainly achieved by adding alloy auxiliary materials.In order to achieve the desired quality of molten steel,it is nec-essary to control the weight of the added bulk material within a certain range during smelting.Based on the existing equipment,this paper eliminates the factors and links that affect the accuracy of batching control through technical improvement measures,and realizes the accurate control of the alloy auxiliary materials in the furnace by adding self-learning feeding control technology,so as to meet the technical requirements of the field process operation.
