摘　　要：本文根据齿轮泵性能测试要求,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的双路大齿轮自动测试台,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该测试台可实现单路和双路的全自动测试,包括跑合、冲击、容积效率、压力脉动,满足企业生产需求。In this paper,according to the requirements of gear pump performance test,a kind of automatic test bench for double-way big gear based on LabVIEW is designed and verified.The results show that the test bench can realize the automatic test of single and double channels,including running,impact,volumetric efficiency and pressure pulsation,which can meet the production demand of enterprises.
