摘　　要：本文基于LabVIEW编程、PLC控制,设计了一种平衡阀自动测试系统,通过在控制特性测试中使用比例减压阀优化开启压力初始点,从而满足生产实际需求。In this paper,based on LabVIEW programming and PLC control,an automatic test system of balance valve is designed.The initial point of opening pressure is optimized by using proportional pressure reducing valve in the test of control characteristics,so as to meet the actual demand of production.
