摘  要:本文基于频率选择表面(frequency selective surface,FSS)的部分反射面(partially reflective surface,PRS),提出一种应用于太赫兹波段的的圆极化Fabry-Perot谐振腔天线,设计了圆极化微带贴片作为馈源,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该天线在(127.5~155)GHz频率范围内,可实现19.6%的3dB增益带宽,峰值增益为12.5dBi;阻抗带宽和3dB轴比带宽分别为22.8%(128.3~160.2)GHz和6.9%(136.2~145.8)GHz;与馈源天线相比,增益平均提升了4dB。In this paper,based on the partially reflective surface(PRS)of the frequency selective surface(FSS),a circular polarized Fabry Perot resonator antenna applied to the terahertz band is proposed.The circularly polarized microstrip patch is designed as the feed and verified by experiment.The results show that the antenna can achieve a 3dB gain bandwidth of 19.6%and a peak gain of 12.5dBi in the frequency range of(127.5~155)GHz.The impedance bandwidth and 3dB axial ratio bandwidth are 22.8%(128.3~160.2)GHz and 6.9%(136.2~145.8)GHz,respectively.Compared with the feed antenna,the gain is increased by an average of 4dB.
