工业有机废气净化装置非甲烷总烃净化效率检测结果的不确定度分析

摘　　要：目前,工业有机废气主要通过专用净化装置治理。本文介绍了该废气的形成和危害,并根据JB/T 13733-2019行业标准和JB/T 13734-2019行业标准,对蓄热催化燃烧和蓄热热力燃烧两种原理的净化装置进行检测。同时,对非甲烷总烃净化效率及其分量进行不确定度评定。At present,industrial organic waste gas is mainly treated by special purification devices.In this paper,the formation and harm of the waste gas are introduced,and according to JB/T 13733-2019 industry standard and JB/T 13734-2019 industry standard,the two principles of thermal storage catalytic combustion and thermal storage combustion purification devices are tested.At the same time,the uncertainty of the purification efficiency and its components of non-methane hydrocarbon was evaluated.
