摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于机器视觉技术的智能压力表自动检定系统,通过集合精密的机械结构设计、高灵敏度传感器、高效的数据采集和控制模块,运用先进的图像处理技术和机器学习算法,实现压力表的自动识别、自动采集数据及精确的误差分析。经测试,该系统不仅具有良好的精度、工作效率和运行稳定性,而且大大降低了人为误差。This paper introduces an automatic verification system of intelligent pressure gauge based on machine vision technology.By integrating precise mechanical structure design,high sensitivity sensor,efficient data acquisition and control module,advanced image processing technology and machine learning algorithm,automatic identification,automatic data collection and accurate error analysis of pressure gauge are realized.The test shows that the system not only has good accuracy,working efficiency and running stability,but also greatly reduces the human error.
