环境湿度对移液器检定结果影响的研究

摘　　要：根据JJG 646-2006检定规程,采用水称重法对移液器进行检定时,蒸馏水会受周边环境湿度的影响不断蒸发,从而影响实验数据的准确性。本文通过搭建试验台控制环境湿度,分析10μL移液器分别在相对湿度20%RH、40%RH、60%RH%、80%RH环境下的检定结果。结果表明:该方法具有可行性,可对实验室建设及日常检定工作提供参考。According to JJG 646-2006 verification regulations,when water weighing method is used to verify pipettes,distilled water will continue to evaporate under the influence of ambient humidity,thus affecting the accuracy of experimental data.In this paper,by setting up a test bench to control the ambient humidity,the verification results of the 10μL pipette in the relative humidity environment of 20%RH,40%RH,60%RH%and 80%RH were analyzed.The results show that the method is feasible and can provide reference for laboratory construction and daily verification work.
