摘　　要：为确保质子转移反应飞行时间质谱仪检测数据的准确性和可靠性,本文分析了其应用及发展现状,并针对该类设备的质量分辨率、质量准确性、质量稳定性、检测限、线性范围、重复性和试剂离子纯度的校准方法进行探讨和试验验证。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection data of proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometer,this paper analyzes its application and development status,and discusses and verifies the calibration methods of mass resolution,mass accuracy,mass stability,detection limit,linear range,repeatability and reagent ion purity.
