非正式精英网络对民营企业创新的影响研究

摘　　要：着眼于民营企业家通过与精英群体相互拜年形成的具有中国特色的非正式精英网络,考察其对企业创新活动的影响以及作用机制。研究发现,非正式精英网络总体上具有激励创新投入和创新产出的作用,这是通过提供融资支持、技术信息以及降低环境风险感知来实现的。进一步分析发现,不同类型的精英网络对企业创新的效应存在差别。一方面,由于政治精英网络所发挥的提供融资支持和降低风险感知的效果强于经济精英网络,因而其对创新投入的激励效应更强;另一方面,仅有经济精英网络可以为企业提供技术信息,这使其能够显著提高企业创新产出水平。此外,制度环境越差,非正式精英网络对企业创新的激励效应越强。Focusing on the informal elite network formed by private entrepreneurs through their mutual visits to elite groups,we examine its impact on firms’innovation activities and its mechanism of the action.It is found that informal elite networks generally have the effect of stimulating innovation inputs and outputs through the provision of financing support,technological information,and the reduction of environmental risk perception.Further analysis reveals that the effects of different types of elite networks on firms’innovation differ.On the one hand,the political elite network has a stronger incentive effect on innovation inputs because it plays a stronger role than the economic elite network in providing financing support and reducing risk perception.On the other hand,only economic elite networks can provide firms with technical information,which allows them to significantly increase the level of firms’innovation outputs.In addition,the worse the institutional environment,the stronger the incentive effect of informal elite networks on firm innovation.
