摘　　要：北京化工大学在资助育人领域推进数字化转型,依托数据中台精准挖掘资助数据,为资助工作提供坚实的数据支撑;依托业务中台高效整合资源,通过线上服务助力学生能力提升;构建移动资助服务平台,提供从政策了解、申请提交到资助金发放的“一站式”服务。学校通过实施大学生精准资助育人模式,提升了资助的公平性和有效性,满足了学生的多元化需求,培养了学生的数字素养与网络道德,促进了学生的全面发展。Beijing University of Chemical Technology(BUCT)promotes digital transformation in the field of funding and education,relying on the data center to accurately mine funding data and provide solid data support for funding work.The resources are efficiently integrated in the business center to help students improve their abilities through online services.BUCT has built a mobile funding service platform to provide the"one-stop"service from policy understanding,application submission to funding distribution.Through implementing the precise funding and education model for college students,the university improves the fairness and effectiveness of funding,meets the diversified needs of students,cultivates students'digital literacy and network ethics,and promotes students'all-round development.
