摘  要:在稠油油田注汽开发过程中,不合理注热会造成储层吸汽不均、加热范围不一致等问题,影响热采总体开发效果。影响非均质储层吸汽特征的主要因素为渗透率、孔隙度、油层厚度、原油黏度、含油饱和度。为实现各段储层均匀加热,基于注汽加热区域计算模型,开发出可实现均匀注汽的配注量综合计算模型。在此基础上,结合正态分布概率模型,提出一种基于均匀注汽配注量的选段方法,该方法通过计算得到单位长度注汽量的合理区间,对于合理区间之外的层段不进行注汽。实际案例表明,该选段方法的计算结果与现场测井成果解释具有高度一致性。CMG软件模拟结果表明,在相同地面注汽条件下,利用该选段方法剔除物性较差的油层后再进行注汽的选段注汽方案,比直接注汽方案累计产油量增加13.97%,油层整体动用程度上升。该方法对油田注汽开发具有一定的指导意义。In the process of steam injection development in heavy oil fields,unreasonable heat injection will cause uneven steam absorption and inconsistent heating range,which influences the overall development of thermal recovery.The main factors affecting the steam absorption characteristics of heterogeneous reservoirs are permeability,porosity,reservoir thickness,oil viscosity,and oil saturation.A comprehensive computational model of uniform steam injection volume is developed based on the computational model of steam injection heating zone to realize uniform heating of each reservoir interval.Based on this,an interval selection method is proposed,combining uniform steam injection volume with a normal distribution probability model.The reasonable interval of steam injection volume per unit length is obtained by calculation,and the intervals beyond the reasonable range will not be injected.The actual case shows that the calculated results of this method are highly consistent with the interpretation of field logging results.The simulation results of CMG software show that after the intervals in the reservoirs except for that of poor physical properties is selected for steam in-jection by this method,the cumulative oil production increases by 13.97%and the overall production degree of the reservoir increases compared with the direct steam injection scheme under the same surface steam in-jection condition.This method has some guiding significance for the steam injection in oil fields.
