摘 要:随着ZC油田注水量持续增加,注水系统能耗逐年上升,单元设备和管网效率低、注水区域不平衡、注水压差大等是导致整体能耗增大的原因。优化注水系统运行参数,实现节能降耗、精细注水成为注水管理的重点。首先明确注水系统能耗的影响因素,并把能耗分为泵机组损失、管线损失和阀控损失3个主要部分。在此基础上,通过灰色关联分析,从注水泵控制方案、注水泵类型、管线摩阻、注水模式、人为因素等10个变量参数中确定影响能耗的主控因素。实践表明:通过优化泵机组类型及控制方案,可以有效提升设备效率,降低长输管线沿途损耗;通过实施酸洗管线、单点增压、增压分注等优化措施,选择合适的注水模式,可以减小沿程压损,取得较好的经济效益。南华注水管网采用高低压分压注水,注水单耗由9.37kW·h/m^(3)下降至7.64kW·h/m^(3),平均日节约用电1280kW·h。With the continuous increase of water injection in ZC Oilfield,the energy consumption of the water injection systems is increasing yearly.Low efficiency of unit equipment and pipe network,unbalanced water injection area,and large water injection pressure difference are the reasons for the increase in overall energy consumption.Optimizing operating parameters of water injection systems,realizing energy saving and consumption reduction,and fine water injection have become the focus of water injection management.Firstly,the factors that influence energy consumption in the water injection systems are determined,and the energy consumption is divided into three main parts:pump unit loss,pipeline loss,and valve control loss.On this basis,the main control factors affecting energy consumption are determined from 10 variable parameters such as the control scheme of the water injection pump,type of water injection pump,pipeline friction,water injection mode,and human factors through grey correlation analysis.The practice shows that optimizing the type of pump unit and the control scheme may improve the equipment efficiency effectively and reduce the loss along the long-dis-tance pipeline.After the optimization measures such as pickling pipeline,single point supercharging,pressurized separate injection,and so on are taken,the pressure loss along the path may be reduced,and better economic benefits may be achieved under selected appropriate water injection mode.The water is injected at high pres-sure or low pressure in the Nanhua water injection network,the unit consumption of water injection decreases from 9.37kW·h/m^(3)to 7.64kW·h/m^(3),and the average daily electricity saving is 1280kW·h.
