原料中催化柴油掺炼比对汽柴油加氢装置工艺的影响

摘  要:九江石化1.2Mt/a汽柴油加氢装置原料中催化柴油的掺炼量容易随受外界因素影响而不断变化,不仅会造成装置工艺参数波动,严重地,还会影响装置的稳定生产,造成产品质量不合格。通过对比加工不同催化柴油掺炼比原料时装置的运行工况发现,随着催化柴油掺炼量的增加,原料油性质趋于重质化、劣质化,产品中硫、氮含量也随之增多,当催化柴油掺炼比达到35%时,催化剂失活速率达到了1.61℃/月,高于催化剂设计最大失活速率,不利于装置的长周期运行;建立了催化剂失活速率与原料中催化柴油掺炼比关联式,可在一定范围内指导催化柴油掺炼量的调整,关联式显示当催化柴油掺炼比达29.3%时,催化剂失活速率已接近失活最大值;催化剂加权床层平均温度随催化柴油掺炼量改变而明显变化,在实际生产调整中,催化柴油的掺炼比不宜大幅调整,而应小比例调整或微调。通过对催化柴油掺炼量的优化发现,在适宜范围内,催化柴油掺炼比越高,装置能耗越低,总液收越高,石脑油芳烃含量也越高;将催化柴油掺炼比稳定控制在27%,装置的综合表现优于之前。The blending amount of catalytic diesel in the raw materials to the 1.2Mt/a gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Company constantly changes with external factors,not only causing fluctuations in the process parameters of the unit,but also affecting the stable production of the unit and resulting in off-spec products.By comparing the operating conditions of the unit when processing raw materials with different blending ratios of catalytic diesel,it is found that with the increase of catalytic diesel blended,the raw materials become heavier and more inferior,and the sulfur and nitrogen contents of the product are increased.When the blending ratio of catalytic diesel reaches 35%,the catalyst deactivation rate reaches 1.61℃ per month,which is higher than the designed maximum catalyst deactivation rate.It is not conducive to the long period operation of the unit.The correlation between the catalyst deactivation rate and the blending ratio of catalytic diesel in raw materials is established,which could guide the adjustment of catalytic diesel blending amount within a certain range.The correlation shows that when the blending ratio of catalytic diesel reaches 29.3%,the catalyst deactivation rate approaches the maximum value.The weighted average temperature of catalyst bed changes obviously with the change in blending amount of catalytic diesel.In actual production adjustment,the blending ratio of catalytic diesel should be adjusted in small proportions or fine-tuned instead of being adjusted significantly.By optimizing the blending amount of catalytic diesel,it is found that within an appropriate range,higher blending ratio of catalytic diesel results in lower energy consumption of unit,higher total liquid yield and higher aromatics content of naphtha.If the blending ratio of catalytic diesel is stabilized at 27%,the comprehensive performance of the unit is better than before.
