摘  要:保温塑料复合管作为一种新型供热管道材料,因其优异的保温性能、耐腐蚀性和施工便捷性,逐渐成为集中供热领域的重要选择。在工程设计方面,保温塑料复合管采用三层复合结构(工作管、保温层、外护管),通过工作压力设计,明确了不同材料保温塑料复合管在集中供热二级管网中的最大允许工作压力,为工程应用提供了结构设计和材料选择的关键参数。轴向力分析方面,由于塑料管材的热膨胀系数较大,重点研究了保温塑料复合管的热变形轴向力与工作管与保温层之间的轴向剪切力、外护管与土壤摩擦力之间的关系。结果表明,保温塑料复合管在工作管与保温层之间的结合强度较高,能够有效防止脱层现象;热变形轴向力小于工作管与保温层之间的剪切力,确保了管道在运行过程中不会发生脱层,从而不会发生缝隙间的热能轴向传递流失;热变形轴向力小于外护管与土壤之间的摩擦力,表明在直埋敷设时无须额外的热补偿措施和固定支墩,简化了施工工艺,降低了工程成本。保温塑料复合管在集中供热领域的推广应用将引领供热管网技术迈向新高度,推动行业的高质量发展。As a new type of heating pipe material,thermal insulation plastic composite pipe has gradually become an important choice in the field of central heating because of its excellent thermal insulation performance,corrosion resistance and construction convenience.In terms of engineering design,the thermal insulation plastic composite pipe adopts a three-layer composite structure,i.e.,working pipe,insulation layer and outer protecting pipe,and the maximum allowable working pressure of thermal insulation plastic composite pipes of different materials in the secondary network of central heating is defined through the working pressure design,providing key parameters of structural design and material selection for engineering applications.In terms of axial force analysis,due to the large thermal expansion coefficient of plastic pipe,the relationships of the thermal deformation axial force of thermal insulation plastic pipe with the axial shear force between working pipe and insulation layer and with the friction between outer protecting pipe and soil are studied.The results show that the bonding strength between the working pipe and the insulation layer is high,which can effectively prevent delamination.The thermal deformation axial force is less than the shear force between working pipe and insulation layer,ensuring that pipeline delamination will not occur during operation,so that the axial heat transfer loss between the gaps will not occur.The thermal deformation axial force is less than the friction between outer protecting pipe and soil,indicating that no additional thermal compensation measures or fixed supports are required during direct burying,which simplifies the construction process and reduces the project cost.The promotion and application of thermal insulation plastic composite pipe in the field of central heating will lead the heating network technology to a new height and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
