摘 要:受黄瓜根结线虫影响,沂南县温室大棚黄瓜生长发育受阻、产量和品质下降,农户经济收益受损。为探索微生物制剂对黄瓜生长和产量的影响,选取三种微生物菌剂分别在黄瓜幼苗期、初花期、结果期进行滴灌,同时设置对照区域,测试不同微生物菌剂对黄瓜生长、根结线虫防治效果、黄瓜产量的影响。结果显示,使用微生物菌剂能够提高黄瓜株高、叶片数和雌花率,改善黄瓜的生长状况,促进黄瓜生长发育;与对照区域相比发现,三种微生物菌剂均可对温室大棚黄瓜根结线虫起防治作用,其中使用“克线宁”微生物菌剂的黄瓜发病率和病情指数最低,分别为35.48%和49.83%,防效最高达到73.97%;使用“克线宁”微生物菌剂的黄瓜直径、长度、单瓜重和产量最大,分别为49.67 mm、20.36cm、181.57 g和37750.8 kg/hm^(2)。Affected by cucumber root knot nematodes,the growth and development of cucumbers in greenhouses in Yinan county have been hindered,resulting in a decrease in yield and quality,and economic losses for farmers.To explore the effects of microbial agents on cucumber growth and yield,this study selected three microbial agents for drip irrigation during cucumber seedling stage,initial flowering stage,and fruiting stage.At the same time,a control area was set up to test the effects of different microbial agents on cucumber growth,root knot nem-atode control effect,and cucumber yield.The experimental results showed that the use of microbial agents can increase cucumber plant height,leaf number,and female flower rate,improve cucumber growth status,and promote cucumber growth and development.Compared with the control area,it was found that three microbial agents could all play a role in controlling the occurrence of cucumber root knot nem-atode in greenhouse.Among them,the use of"Kexianning"microbial agent had the lowest incidence rate and disease index of cucumber,which were 35.48%and 49.83%,respectively,and the highest control effect reached 73.97%.At the same time,the use of"Kexianning"microbial agent had the largest diameter,length,single melon weight and yield of cucumber,which were 49.67 mm,20.36 cm,181.57 g and 37750.8 kg/hm^(2),respectively..
