摘  要:本研究旨在探讨超滤膜、纳滤膜和反渗透膜在车前草提取液浓缩过程中的应用效果,为车前草提取物的工业化生产提供科学依据。试验采用超滤膜、纳滤膜和反渗透膜对车前草提取液进行分离浓缩试验;通过高效液相色谱法测定大车前苷、木犀草苷、毛蕊花糖苷及车前草苷D的含量,计算各膜对有效成分的截留率。同时,测定膜分离过程中的电导率、总固体含量等参数。此外,还比较超滤膜与传统醇沉工艺对固体的截留效果。超滤膜能有效澄清提取液,保留杂质而不截留有效成分。纳滤膜对四种有效成分的截留率在79.21%~82.08%之间。反渗透膜表现出最佳的有效成分截留效果,截留率达91.62%~97.39%。反渗透膜清液的电导率显著低于纳滤膜清液。超滤膜对固体的截留率(29.30%)与传统醇沉工艺(35.07%)相近。研究表明,反渗透膜是车前草提取液浓缩过程中保留有效成分的最佳选择。建议采用超滤反渗透多级膜分离工艺,以实现最佳的澄清和浓缩效果。超滤膜技术展现出替代传统醇沉工艺的潜力,有望减少乙醇用量,简化生产流程。本研究为车前草提取液的工业化浓缩提供了重要的技术支持,同时为中药提取物的膜分离技术应用开辟了新的思路。This study aimed to investigate the application effects of ultrafiltration,nanofiltration,and reverse osmosis membranes in the con-centration process of Plantago asiatica L.extract.providing scientific basis for industrial production of Plantago asiatica L.extract.Separ-ation and concentration experiments were conducted on Plantago asiatica L.extract using ultrafiltration,nanofiltration,and reverse osmosis membranes.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was employed to determine the content of plantamajoside,verbascoside,iso-acteoside,and plantagoside D.The retention rates of active components by different membranes were calculated.Parameters such as flux,turbidity,and total organic carbon content during membrane separation were measured.Additionally,the solid retention effects of ceramic membrane and traditional alcohol precipitation were compared.Ultrafiltration effectively clarified the extract,retaining impurities without losing active components.Nanofiltration showed retention rates of 79.21%~82.08%for the four active components.Reverse osmosis ex-hibited the best retention effect,with rates reaching 91.62%~97.39%.The conductivity in the reverse osmosis permeate was significantly lower than that in the nanofiltration permeate.The solid retention rate of the ceramic membrane(29.30%)was comparable to that of tradi-tional alcohol precipitation(35.07%).The study demonstrates that reverse osmosis is the optimal choice for retaining active components during the concentration of Plantago asiatica L.extract.A multi-stage membrane separation process combining ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis is recommended to achieve optimal clarification and concentration effects.Ceramic membrane technology shows potential to re-place traditional alcohol precipitation,potentially reducing ethanol usage and simplifying the production process.This research provides im-portant technical support for the industrial concentration of Plantago asiatica L.extract and opens new avenues for the application of mem-brane separation tech
