摘　　要：蜂产品因其天然、有效、安全等特点在化妆品领域中应用较多,受到大众喜爱。相关研究表明,蜂蜜、蜂胶、蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂蜡及蜂毒等蜂产品可减少皮肤皱纹的产生和色素沉着,改善衰老皮肤的干燥和粗糙。其作用机制主要为清除多余自由基、抑制金属蛋白酶活性和促进转化生长因子-β的产生、下调微血管内皮细胞中microRNA表达、阻碍核转录因子-B通路传导以及增加水通道蛋白合成等。本文综述了近年来蜂产品对皮肤的抗衰老作用、作用机制以及在化妆品中的应用进展,旨在为蜂类化妆品的深入研究和开发应用提供参考。Bee products are widely used in cosmetics industry due to their natural,safe,and effective characteristics,and popular in public.Related research showed that bee products such as honey,propolis,royal jelly,bee pollen,beeswax,bee venom,etc.could reduce the for-mation of wrinkles and pigmentation on skin,and improve the dryness and roughness of aging skin.Their effect mechanism mainly involved clearing excess free radicals,inhibiting metalloproteinase activity,promoting TGF-production,downregulating the microRNA expression in microvascular endothelial cells,obstructing NF-B pathway and increasing the synthesis of aquaporins to alleviate skin aging.This study reviewed the anti-aging effects and mechanisms of bee products on skin in recent years,as well as their application progress in cosmetics,providing reference for the in-depth research and development of bee cosmetics.
