摘 要:蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)是一种常见药食同源的菌类,含有多种营养成分,其中蜜环菌多糖是重要的活性成分之一。蜜环菌多糖主要有抗氧化、降血糖、提高免疫力和抑制肿瘤细胞增长等生物活性,蜜环菌在药用资源及生物保健领域具有极大的应用价值。目前以开发出多种蜜环菌保健产品。本文对蜜环菌多糖提取、分离、纯化、结构表征及药理活性方面的研究进行阐述,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。Armillaria mellea(Vahl)P Kumn is a rare fungus with the same origin as medicine and food,and contains many nutrients,among which Armillaria mellea polysaccharide is one of the important active ingredients.Armillaria mellea polysaccharides mainly have biological activities such as anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic,improving immunity and inhibiting tumor cell growth.Armillaria mellea has great applica-tion value in the field of medical resources and biological health care.At present,a variety of Armillaria mellea health products have been developed.In this study,the extraction,isolation,purification,structural characteristics and pharmacological activities of Armillaria mellea polysaccharides will be described,providing a theoretical basis for their further development and utilization.
