摘　　要：中药生物碱是一类天然有机化合物,广泛存在于多种中草药中,结构复杂,具有多种生物活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、抗菌、镇痛及调节免疫等。本文对常用中药如千里光、苦参、黄连、粉防己、延胡索、马钱子、洋金花、乌头、麻黄及雷公藤等所含的生物碱类化合物的体内代谢及体外肠道菌群转化过程进行综述,并对其代谢规律进行总结,以明确生物碱的体内代谢规律,为科学阐释以生物碱为主要成分的中药药效物质基础及基于生物碱体内代谢产物的新药研发提供理论依据。Alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine are a kind of natural organic compounds,which widely exist in a variety of Chinese herbal medicines.Alkaloids have complex structures,and exhibit significant biological activities,such as anti-tumor,antiviral,anti-inflam-matory,antibacterial,analgesic,and immunomodulatory effects.This article reviews the metabolism in vivo and in vitro of some typical natural alkaloids exited in Chinese herbal medicines,such as Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham,Sophora flavescens Ait.,Coptis chinensis,Stephaniae tetrandrae,Corydalis Rhizoma,Strychni Semen,Datura metel,Aconiti Radix,Ephedra Herba,and Tripterygium wilfordii.The investigation of the metabolisms of alkaloids in vivo is helpful for the clarification of the effective ingredients in Chinese herbal medicines,which will provide the theoretical basis for new drugs development based on metabolites in vivo.
