摘　　要：虎眼万年青属(Ornithogalum)植物为百合科(Liliaceae)多年生草本植物。虎眼万年青属植物中研究较多的为虎眼万年青(Or-nithogalum caudatum)、桑多斯虎眼万年青(Ornithogalum saundersiae)、白花虎眼万年青(Ornithogalum thyrsoides)。虎眼万年青化学成分复杂,目前已分离的化学成分有200多种,主要包括皂苷类、多糖类、黄酮类、萜类和生物碱类等。其中以皂苷类成分种类最多,其次为挥发油成分,多糖类含量最高,可达10%左右。虎眼万年青属植物药理作用广泛,主要有抗肿瘤、保肝护肝、抗氧化、增强免疫以及降血糖等作用。本文对虎眼万年青属植物的化学成分和药理作用进行了综述,为虎眼万年青植物的开发和利用提供参考。Ornithogalum is a perennial herb of the Liliaceae family.Ornithogalum caudatum,Ornithogalum saundersiae and Ornithogalum thyrsoides are the most studied plants in the Ornithogalum.This study showed that the chemical constituents of Ornithogalum were com-plex.Up to now,more than 200 chemical constituents have been found,mainly including saponins,polysaccharides,flavonoids,terpenes,alkaloidsand so on.Among them,saponins had the most types,followed by volatile oils,and the content of polysaccharides was as high as 10%.Ornithogalum has a wide range of pharmacological effects,mainly including anti-tumor,liver protection,anti-oxidation,immune en-hancement,and hypoglycemic.In this study,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Ornithogalum plants were reviewed,which provide reference for the development and utilization of Ornithogalum plants.
