摘　　要：萧县素有“葡萄之乡”的美誉。本文主要对安徽萧县葡萄产业发展问题进行分析并提出优化路径。分析萧县葡萄产业目前发展的现状与取得成效,发现葡萄产业发展过程中面临着专业人才和技术短缺、资本下乡扎根难、生产链条短、品牌竞争力弱等问题。基于此,本文针对性提出加大招才引智,实现人才技术赋能、扩大招商引资,资本下乡与产业发展高度融合、实现产品深加工、提高品牌竞争力等优化路径,为促进萧县葡萄产业高质量发展提供理论与实践支撑。Xiao county is known as the"hometown of grapes".This study mainly analyzed the development of Anhui Xiaoxian grape indus-try and puts forward the optimization path.By analyzing the current situation and achievements of the grape industry in Xiao county,it is found that the grape industry is faced with such problems as shortage of professional talents and technology,difficulty in taking root of capi-tal in the countryside,short production chain and weak brand competitiveness.Based on this,this study puts forward the optimization path of increasing the degree of talent and intelligence,realizing the energy of talent and technology,expanding investment and investment,highly integrating capital to the countryside with industrial development,realizing deep processing of products,and improving brand competitiven-ess,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for promoting the high-quality development of Xiao county grape industry.
