摘 要:青海省是国内生产中低温型食用菌产品的理想种植地,高原羊肚菌产业在青海已初具规模。青海省因其冷凉气候环境优势、错季市场优势以及政策与技术支持优势等使产业具有广阔市场前景。但青海高原羊肚菌产业尚处于初步发展阶段,面临着菌种耐风险度低、技术依赖度较高、产业链尚不完整和品牌推广不足等问题。基于此,本文提出加大基础科研投入、加强技术人才培训、延长上下游产业链、打造特色羊肚菌品牌等优化路径。Qinghai province is the ideal planting place for producing medium-low temperature edible mushroom products in China,and the plateau morchella industry has begun to take shape in Qinghai Province.Qinghai province has broad market prospects because of its cold climate and environment advantages,off-season market advantages and policy and technical support advantages.However,the Qinghai pla-teau morel industry is still in the initial stage of development,facing the problems of low strain risk tolerance,high technology dependence,incomplete industry chain and insufficient brand promotion.Based on this,this study puts forward the optimization path of increasing the investment in basic scientific research,strengthening the training of technical personnel,extending the upstream and downstream industry chain,and building the characteristic morel mushroom brand.
